Brief Biography: Born in 1988 in Herat City /Afghanistan, graduated from Inqalab High School of Herat in 2008, he was entered to the Faculty of Agriculture of Herat University in 2009 and graduated as Horticulture Engineer in 2014. He w awarded the degree of BSc.

He joined the NGO community in 2008 and worked in different Training Course before Joining ARAA.  In 2008, he joined ARAA as head of Procurement section and worked in this position for 6 years.  In  2006  he  was  promoted  to  the  position  of Finance in ARAA and continues to serve in this capacity.

His main duties are managing Finance deportment, financial reporting to donor and advising other finance and procurement support staff to comply with donor funding policies requirements.

He has excellent knowledge of English, Dari, and Pashto languages as well as computer programs, with excellent Management and communication skills.

He successfully achieved much training in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Finance, Quick books, Procurement, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Proposal Writing, Reporting, Natural Resources Management, and Project Cycle Management etc.
