Do You Have A Construction Project We Can Help With?
Emergency programs
The emergency programs were projects that implemented by ARAA to provide food commodities to communities suffering from the shortage of food during drought years and at times of cirsis. These projects were mainly funded by World Food Program (WFP) and implemented by ARAA in the form of food for work projects. The targeted communities were requested to work on rehabilitation of their village roads, irrigational canals, springs and other activities to provide sustainability in their livelihoods, while at the same time averting humanitarian catastrophes. We have distributed food commodities such as wheat, oil, sugar, bean etc. ARAA has implemented six emergency food distribution projects for people in western Afghanistan for WFP and IRC.
